2025 Champions: Fraser Pollock & Johan Gantin

ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
2025 saw the playing of the 12th Portsea Masters - and due to new membership regulations, the last time at what has been its spiritual home of Portsea GC.

We had the most players (24) since PM3 in 2016, so it was a return to splendour for the competition. It was the best PM from a skills perspective with the lowest average Gross Score (10 Over], beating the recent 2023 record set at St Andrews Beach.

As the sun set, we crowned maiden winner Johan Gantin, whi has been threatening for years now, and PM2 winner Fraser Pollock. Congrats boys - your first 9 holes at 1 under was sublime.
The Portsea Masters philosophy is simple: to get a great bunch of blokes to kick back together, and in the process forge the myths and legends of sporting memories for years to come. Once a year, this invitational tournament is held to see some magic shots, tons of balls lost, the odd dummy spit and eventually a team of two deserved winners who will adorn the famous Green Fezes and have their names etched in history on the Portsea Masters Shield.

2026 will see us back at the Dunes Gold Club in Rye, but this time it ain't the cups, but the championship course.
